E3000 is the creative portfolio of Erik Marino — a cultural strategist, apparel executive, and brand partnerships leader with 15+ years operating at the intersection of streetwear, music, gaming, licensing, and global fan culture.

As co-founder of Rocksmith, Erik helped shape a generation of streetwear storytelling — overseeing creative, product, and retail while managing the official Wu-Tang Clan Brand apparel IP, leading all licensed collections and international distribution.

Erik went on to hold senior leadership roles at FaZe Clan and TSM, two of the most influential brands in gaming and esports. At both orgs, he led creative and brand strategy across apparel, collaborations, retail activations, and business development. He directed product and creative for major collaborations with Beats by Dre, Xbox, Champion, NFL, LA Kings, Manchester City, Medicom, G-Shock, Kappa, Crunchyroll, EA, Epic, Ubisoft and Sony — blending hands-on execution with high-level partnership strategy.

With deep experience in both licensing and collaborative IP management, Erik is trusted to creatively steward legacy brands while building new cultural relevance. He brings a unique ability to align storytelling, product, and community — often serving as the connector between creators, companies, and culture.

E3000 showcases a body of work that transforms legacy and fandom into product, content, and campaigns that move culture and drive results. Whether launching limited drops, scaling lifestyle brands, or building creative ecosystems around licensed IP, Erik brings creative clarity, commercial instincts, and cultural fluency to every collaboration.
